Human Genetics and the Bible
Nov. 15, 2016, 7:30 PM, Totino Fine Arts Room F2128, Univ. of Northwestern, 3003 N Snelling
"A fascinating and dynamic presentation on DNA including some recent findings and how they
relate to mutations. The implications of the 'Fall' and curse of sin is clearly illustrated in modern
genetics. Modern research on our Human DNA has yielded some surprising results on how well
Human Genetics fits the Biblical history of mankind."
Helmut Wilke is a recently retired engineering manager with a Fortune 200 company. He holds BS
and MS degrees in industrial engineering from the University of Illinois and has held positions in a
variety of national and international assignments.
Helmut is also president of the Quad-City Creation Science Association; an 8-year old group
dedicated to telling the truth in science education. He is a member of the Creation Research
Society and has recently been named an Ambassador/Speaker for Logos Research Associates.

Fiji Outreach will Change a Nation
One hundred and sixty years ago, Fiji was the “cannibal capital of the world”. The first missionaries were
eaten and before Chief Cakobau accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior, he claimed he had eaten over 900 people.
Fast forward to today and Fiji is a Christian nation. A request was made a number of years ago for a Bible for
every student – it was accomplished. When Bruce Malone was speaking in Fiji, the request came for every
student to receive the devotional book, Inspired Evidence. This poor nation is now being inundated with
evolutionary thinking from airwaves. Thus the only two books many students will own will be God’s Word
and a book tying God’s Word to science. Will you help? $1.00 will buy one book for a Fiji student. 100% of
your donation goes towards the books for 300,000 students. You may donate $1.00/book to Julie Von Vett at
a TCCSA meeting or send to—Search for the Truth Ministries, 3275 E. Monroe Rd, Midland, MI 48642.

Have You Considered… “I slipped and fell on my tailbone!” Have you ever wondered why the end part of the human
spinal column is called the tailbone? Some people, evolutionists, believe that this is a leftover part of human evolution
when we had tails and this leftover part is useless. Really? Do you like to sit, stand, and go to the bathroom? The
“tailbone” or more accurately called the coccyx is enormously important, for it is the place to which tendons, ligaments,
and muscles attach. The 12 muscles that are anchored here help you in such functions as standing erect, supporting
pelvic organs, and assisting in bowel movements. This “organ” is not leftover or useless. So instead of calling it a
tailbone, an evolutionary term, call it by its proper name, coccyx. “Oh, I slipped and fell on my coccyx”. In doing so, we
are not continuing the false idea that we once had tails.

TCCSA's STATEMENT OF BELIEF
We believe in God: The Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God, and that all of its assertions are
historically and scientifically true in the original autographs; this means that the account of origins in Genesis is a factual presentation of actual
historical truths. We believe that the origin of matter and all basic types of living things, including man, came about through direct creative acts of
God during the six-day creation week described in Genesis. Whatever biological changes have occurred since the creation week have accomplished
only changes within the created kinds. We believe that the great flood described in Genesis, commonly referred to as the Noachian Flood, was an
historic event, world-wide in extent and effect. We accept the account of the special creation of Adam and Eve as the first man and woman. Their
subsequent fall into sin, by disobedience of God's direct command, is the basis for our belief in the necessity of a Savior for all mankind. Therefore,
we believe that Jesus Christ is our Lord and only Savior and that personal faith in Him is necessary for salvation.
