68th Country Store Bazaar -­‐ November 10 10:00 A.M. BAZAAR SAMPLER:
Join us in Fellowship Hall today between
services for a time of food, fellowship, and a preview of the 2012
Country Store Bazaar. You will have the opportunity to see what
the function of each of the Bazaar tables is and meet the
chairpersons. They will be there to answer all questions. You will
also have an opportunity to volunteer.
Soup Tureen

Addisville's famous MINCEMEAT will be made on Friday, October 26 at 8:30 A.M. in Fellowship Hall and the Kitchen. No experience is necessary as we offer on the job training. Country Store sells Cheddar & Longhorn cheese, horseradish sauce, cocktail sauce, homemade jams & jellies, small loaves of homemade fruit and nut breads, penny candy, pretzels, chocolate covered pretzels, bird food and pet gifts. NEEDED: People to make jams and jellies. If you can help contact: Pat Henzy at 215-­‐752-­‐1009. Treasure Chest sells good second hand items
from pins to chairs. They need
all saleable articles that are no
longer of use to you, but
someone else has been looking
for. All items can be left
downstairs in the all purpose
room of the Parish Life Building.
Please tape the boxes shut and
mark "Treasure Chest" on
them. If you need items picked
up or have questions, call Amy
Casey at 215-357-6143.
Reminder: cameras,
computers, television,
typewriters, exercise
equipment, or clothing do not
sell. ALSO NO cribs,
strollers, car seats, or other
baby items that do not meet
the 2012 standards.

prior to the Bazaar.
BAZAAR FLYERS will be available on the table as you leave Fellowship Hall. Weeds & Seeds
makes silk flower
arrangements, wall
hangings, & wreaths.
They meet downstairs in
the Guild Room on
Wednesdays from 9:30
A.M. until?? Bring a lunch,
dessert and beverage are
provided. All are welcome!

interested in learning how
to make an arrangement
we can use your help. We
have excellent teachers.

Children's P
otpourri sells handmade
Shoppe is where children 10 and under can purchase gifts for everyone on their shopping list. They will be gift wrapped, ready to put under the tree. If you have any new items that you cannot use and that are appropriate for purchase by children for those on their shopping list, please donate them to the Children's Shoppe. ALSO NEEDED: tissue paper, holiday gift bags, ribbons, and bows. Any items you may have to donate can be left in the Cloister in the box marked CHILDREN'S SHOPPE.

Bazaar Dinner
His Harvest Haus
A special highlight of the Bazaar
is the delicious Ham Supper, which
is served from 4:30 to 6:30 P.M.
Advance dinner tickets will be
sold in Fellowship Hall on
Sunday, October 28 and Sunday,
November 4 at a cost of $9.00 for
adults and $5.00 for children 10
and under. Questions: contact

including books, bookmarks, children's
items, and once read books. We need
devotionals, paperback books, and/or
hardback Christian books in good
condition. Any books that you are finished
reading and would like to donate, place
them in the basket in Fellowship Hall.

Servers Needed
A few good women and men are
needed to serve DINNER at the
Bazaar. Benefits include pleasant
working conditions, friendly coworkers, and excellent

Bazaar Lunch
is served from 10:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. The menu includes hot dogs, chili, vegetable soup, potato salad, macaroni salad, pie cake, coffee, tea, and juice. NEEDED: people to make pies and cakes. If you can make a pie or cake, please contact Casey
