The SAAC is the organization which represents the parents/guardians to the school leadership. It was formed two years ago as a result of a merger between the former Home Student Association (HSA) and School Board. The purpose of the SAAC is to give advice to the school Pastor and Principal. It also plans and executes numerous meetings and events throughout the year. After evaluation on the amount of funds needed, we have decided to lower the SAAC dues, each family pays, for this school year. It will now be $75 per family. Each family is required to pay $75 SAAC dues, each school year. This letter serves as your invoice for the 2014-2015 school year and is due no later than Friday, September 12, 2014. The $75 per family is intended to fund an example of the following activities: Classroom Holiday Activities Family Dinner Nights (Partial Funding) School Play (Partial Funding) Faculty Christmas Lunch Faculty Christmas & Year End Gifts Special Guest Speakers/Programs (For parents & students) Teacher Appreciation Day Luncheon This notice serves as your invoice for the 2014-2015 school year. In August, you will receive log in information to our new system, SchoolSpeak. You will pay this invoice through the system; there is no need to send in a check at this time.
