Move Your Feet! The world tries to spoil everything

Second Baptist Women’s Ministry Newsletter
As the world around us begins to bloom, we see God’s power to replenish, renew, and
refresh. He is the Giver of life. Allow God to renew you this month; what does He want to
do in your life? What does He want to remove, and what beautiful bloom does He want to
bring forth to adorn your soul? Yield to His work in your life.
March is filled with more opportunities to get involved in the Women’s Ministry. Be sure
to mark your calendars for these special gatherings. May God bless you with a marvelous
March!

Move Your Feet!
Let the children of Zion be joyful in their King. Let them
praise His name with the dance… for the LORD takes
pleasure in His people.
Psalm 196:2-4
Dancing
We stood
Face to Face
Hand to Hand
And
Toe to Toe
But
I did not know how
To rest my feet on His
And let Him lead
The dance.
But…
Now He guides me
Note by Note
Step by Step
And
Beat by Beat.
And
Though I may stumble
I will not fall far
For I am dancing
With Jesus.
~Beth Huneycutt
The world tries to spoil everything that is
good and pure, but they cannot rob us of
dancing for our King. What is the message
of Psalm 196? It’s praising God with an
overflow of joy!

“The Edge of Recall”
What will you do today to bring the Lord
pleasure? Hum a tune of thanksgiving. Let
your fingers drum to the beat. Put your
dancing shoes on and cut a rug of holy joy!
With your hands, your feet, your voice, and
your smile, express your joy to Him with all
of who we are. Let your pure expression of
joy flow as you keep time with the ebb and
flow of His love washing over you. With
whatever method you choose – whether it
be two-stepping in your kitchen with hands
raised in praise or sitting quietly in a porch
swing to have a quiet talk with the Lord,
give God your praise.
