Three Financial Advisors Join Janney in Naples Office
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – May 11, 2015 – Janney Montgomery Scott LLC (“Janney”), a leading
full-service wealth management, financial services and investment banking firm headquartered in
Philadelphia, PA, today announced that it further expanded its presence in the Florida marketplace
with the opening of a new office in Naples, FL, enabling Janney to increase its presence in a key
marketplace and support the future growth in this new location. In addition, three Financial Advisors
have joined Janney’s Naples office from RBC Capital Markets. The new advisors joining Janney are:
Robert Belcastro, First Vice President /Investments; Thomas Gayer, First Vice President / Wealth
Management, and; David Welks, Vice President / Branch Manager of the Naples office.

Robert Belcastro, First Vice President /Investments, has over 35 years of investment experience,
beginning his career at Wheat First Securities and most recently working at RBC Wealth Management
since 2004.
Thomas Gayer, First Vice President / Wealth Management, started in the wealth management
profession in 1999 with Prudential Securities and joined RBC Wealth Management in April 2009
David Welks, Vice President / Branch Manager, has over 18 years of financial services experience and
will be responsible for managing Janney’s Naples office as well as further expanding Janney’s presence
in Naples and surrounding markets.
