Re-Heating Instructions
Store all items in the refrigerator. Foil containers are for conventional oven use only Black containers are for microwave oven use only. All items are fully cooked – Heat only until hot Heating times given are for conventional ovens only. Place item on a cookie sheet before heating in a conventional oven Microwave times vary – Heat only until hot. Pre-heat oven to 350º for all items.
All Pasta Dishes - Cover with foil. Heat small to medium for 10-15 minutes,
large for 20-25 minutes.
BBQ Pork Ribs –Remove lid and cover with foil. Heat small to medium for 1520 minutes, large for 20-25 minutes.
Enchiladas –Remove lid. Heat small to medium for 15-20 minutes, large for 3035 minutes.
Garlic Bread – Remove from foil and discard wax paper. Heat under the
broiler until golden brown.
Individual Quiche/Frittata –Remove lid. Heat for 5-8 minutes
10” Quiche/Whole Frittata – Remove from box. Heat for 15-20 minutes.
Lasagne – Remove plastic lid and cover with foil. Heat small 25-30 minutes,
remove foil for last 5 minutes. Heat large for 45-50 minutes, remove foil for last
10 minutes.
Mashed Potatoes –Cover with foil. Heat for 15-20 minutes.
Spit Roasted Chicken/Other Bone-in Chicken – Heat for 10-15 minutes.
Peking Chicken Wings –Remove cover. Heat for 10-15 minutes.
Pot Pie – Remove from box and place on cookie sheet. Heat for 10-20 minutes.
Twice Baked Potatoes –Remove lid. Heat small to medium 15-20 minutes,
large 30 minutes
