Directions from Abu Dhabi:
On Sheikh Zayed Road, take Exit 29.
Follow the road untill you reach a bridge
underpass. Shift to right lane and follow lane
to turn to left. You will enter 1st Al khail.
Keep the lane to turn to left further and
shift to right lane. You will find a junction ahead.
The right lane will allow you for a free right.
Continue to stay right to enter the service road for
Mazaya Business Avenue. BB2 Tower is the last
building towards the right.

Directions from Dubai:
On Sheikh Zayed Road, take Exit 35.
Do no take the first road into JLT, take the second
road and continue over the flyover then stay on the
left lane. Continue straight ahead bypassing right
turns towards Almas Towers and Bonnington Hotel.
Cross the signal drive straight and keep left to
turn left. Continue ahead and keep to the left lane
to turn left again to enter 1st Al Khail.
As you approch multi lane road, shift to right lane.
Continue on right lane to find a junction ahead.
The right lane will allow you for a free right.
Continue to stay right to enter the service road for
Mazaya Business Avenue. BB2 Tower is the last
building towards the right.
PARKING
Parking is available at the rear side of the towers.
Take right turn through the entrance of the
center tower (BB1) for access to the rear side
open parking.
