After a short foot pursuit, 27 y/o Benjamin Wallace of Anderson, was arrested and booked into the Glenn
County Jail for resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance,
possession of stolen property, shoplifting, conspiracy, driving on a suspended license for DUI, violation of
probation, and three felony warrants out of Shasta County.

OPD was dispatched to a report of a stolen vehicle. Officers contacted 61 y/o Sunni Chacon of Orland.
Chacon stated she let a friend 54 y/o Ronald Triano borrow her 2013 infiniti G35. Chacon stated Triano
agreed to return the vehicle at a certain time. When Triano failed to return the vehicle by the designated
time Chacon attempted to contact Triano but was unable. Triano reported her vehicle as stolen. A short
while later Triano was located at Chacons residence with the stolen vehicle. Triano was arrested for auto
theft and an unrelated misdemeanor warrant.

OPD responded to a report of a reckless driver. Officers contacted the reporting party, 44 y/o Shawn Foley
of Orland who reported a white Nissan hatchback was driving recklessly. Foley attempted to contact the
driver and several subjects began hitting Foley's vehicle. Officers located a white Nissan Versa in the area
but was unable to determine where the registered owner was at. Extra patrol was requested.

found to be on probation out of Colusa and Yolo Counties. During a probation search a small glass pipe
commonly used to smoke methamphetamine was located. This is a violation of Moreno’s probation
stipulations. Moreno was arrested and booked into the Glenn County Jail.
