Project Update
After receiving preliminary regulatory approvals, BluEarth, through its subsidiary NI Hydro
Holding Corp., (the “Company”) has begun initial site work on the 33 megawatts (“MW”)
Narrows Inlet Hydro Project (the “Project”). To date, the Company has:

While access to the area remains open to the public, access may be affected for short
periods of time due to road and bridge work. There is Project signage throughout notifying
visitors of activity. For your safety and that of others, all site visitors are required to checkin at the site safety office upon arrival. Thank you for your cooperation.
Project Summary
This hydroelectric project is located within shíshálh Nation territory approximately 75 km
northwest of Vancouver and 50 km north of the town of Sechelt; situated at the northern
end of the Narrows Inlet, in the Tzoonie River Valley. The Project consists of three small
generating stations and will have a nameplate capacity of 33 MW. See reverse for additional
information and a detailed map.
BC Hydro issued an Energy Purchase Agreement for Project in August 2010. Environmental
certificates for these three projects were issued in January 2014.
