Elev8 Preschool is for 3-5yr old children during Presence Conference, April 11th-14th. The theme this year
is PRAYER! It will be a fun and amazing time for your preschooler.
Included in this „Parents Pack‟ is important information for you about sessions, program and lessons.
There is also a page for kids to make some new ‟bug‟ friends and a games sheet to help your child
prepare, and get excited, for Elev8 Preschool!

Where will my child be?
Elev8 Preschool is located on Level 2, Rooms 202-204. Each room
has a fun garden theme and will be full all sorts of surprises & fun activities that your little one will love!

What happens at Elev8 Preschool? Each day features discovery sessions, stories,
activities, free play, games and surprises. We also have special shows each day including: „BOUNCE,‟
an interactive session with „BUGS AND BEASTIES,‟ the „ALEX ANT SHOW‟ and Cassie Caterpillar‟s
„GLITTERBUG‟S PRAISE PARTY!‟ See the session and character information sheets for further details.
What are the pickup and drop off times?
Afternoon session check-in opens at 12:15
pm and parent pick-up is at 4:30pm. Evening session check-in opens at 6:15 and parent pick-up time is
at 9:30pm. Please collect your child promptly after each session finishes, a $30 charge is incurred for
parents who pick up their child more than15 minutes after each session closes.
Do you feed my child lunch and dinner? No. Please have fed your child lunch/
dinner before each session. Children will be fed a simple snack, such as rice crackers or tiny teddies for
afternoon tea and supper. Please advise at check-in daily, if your child has any allergies.
What should I bring? Please pack a small bag for your child, we recommend to pack a water
bottle, jumper and a favourite toy (for „show & tell‟). All belonging‟s MUST be clearly labeled.
What happens if you need me during sessions? We will contact you via your
nominated mobile phone number. Please keep your mobile on, switched to vibrate & visible.
What if my child is not toilet trained, or is ill? Children are required to be toilet
trained to participate in Elev8 Preschool and must be in good health.
What is available for Children Under 3?
We have prepared a fun, free playgroup
room for parents to entertain their young ones (one and two year olds) full of toys and activities. A
nursing mothers room is also available. Both rooms have a live feed for parents from Presence .
Conference. Parents must fully supervise their children at all times in these rooms.
