Vases for cut materials, including moss and oasis, will be provided by the Show. The show will open to the public at 1:00pm on Saturday 29th March 2014 No exhibitor will be allowed to remove an exhibit once staged until 4:45pm on Saturday 29th March 2014. All exhibits must be removed from the show hall by 5:15pm. No borrowed vases, baskets, bowls or other equipment to be removed from the venue. Scholar’s poster is based on the School Year that the exhibitor is in at the time of competition, not the age of the exhibitor. Maximum size of poster 51cm x 76cm. Schools and individual children may stage their exhibits from 2:30pm on Friday 28th March 2014. Please name cultivars (varieties) of flowers where possible for benefit of other exhibitors and visitors Exhibitor Fees An exhibitor fee of 20p per entry will be charged, except children’s classes which are free.
