Dear Parents/Carers,
Our new Wraparound club has now been running for one term and we value all the positive
comments and support that we have received.
Over the term we have looked at ways to keep club fees at the current rate. We are now sending
out invoices by email to reduce stationery and printing costs. We now also accept payments by
cash, cheque or through the preferred method of payments4schools, which is accessible through
our website:

Your child’s paments4schools reference number can be found on the top right of the invoice. If
for any reason this is not listed, please contact the school office.
You can help us to keep fees down by following the terms and conditions of payment.
 Invoices are emailed a couple of weeks before the new month starts. Invoices should be
paid by the date specified (usually the 1st of the month). Once the invoice has been
issued no adjustments can be made.
 Unfortunately, with an increasing number of late payments, we must also say that if a
payment becomes more than four weeks late, we will have to withdraw the child’s place.
 Any late collections will incur an additional charge of £2.00 per child for every 15
minutes over the booked session time.
We will, of course, always try and accommodate one-off bookings and extra sessions. These will
usually be added to the following month’s invoice.
We do appreciate all the wonderful feedback we have received about the club and hope that you
will appreciate that the terms and conditions must be followed to keep the cost of the service as it
is now.
