BADGES
All attendees and exhibitors must keep their conference badge visible at all times.
There will be a penalty fee for lost badges at this event.

Hyatt Regency O’Hare provides all the tools and services you need to work while on the
road. Stay productive while you travel with the 24-hour Full Service Fedex Office and
Business Center. Whether you need signage and handouts for a meeting, or simply
want to send a fax, count on the professional team of their Full Service Fedex Office
and Business Center to assist you.
PARKING
Quest secured discounted self-parking for day and overnight guests of $12 each day.
This does not include valet parking, which is at the going rate. Oversized vehicles can
be accommodated, but spaces are limited. If the hotel lot is full, hotel attendants can
provide guests directions to the nearest available parking.
How to ensure validation Overnight Guests: $12.00 parking will be noted on your reservation and parking
will be validated at the front desk when you check in.
Daily Guests: Stop by the RECONNECT registration desk daily to scan your parking
ticket for the reduced rate of $12. Then, visit the pay station inside the hotel to pay.
Use the ticket redeemed at the pay station when exiting the property.
