talents, experienced professionals, and creative thinkers.
As a Senior Flash Developer, you'll be part of our agile, cross-functional and international
development team. You'll be a driving force behind new and continuing development of our
most successful game "Forge of Empires". You'll be responsible for comprehensive technical

decisions in the team, reaching consensus and promoting agile software development.
Your mission:
Coding games in ActionScript within an agile, multifunctional and international team
Develop new games and further enhance our successful InnoGames Browser MMO
Games
Realize Game and Art Design in Flash with self-developed and open-source graphic
engines
Create smart software designs for existing and upcoming features
Improve and redesign legacy code
Enhance and optimize our games architecture and high-performance algorithms for
browser and/or mobile
Collaborate with experienced games professionals from Frontend, Art Design, 3D, UI/UX,
Backend, Mobile and Game Design
Responsibility for technical decisions in Flash for one of our games
Hold presentations in front of other developers
Your profile:
You have a degree in computer science or a comparable education
Successful realization of several Flash projects
Expert understanding of OOP/Design Patterns
Profound knowledge of one or more programming languages, preferably ActionScript 3.0
or Java
Well-versed in Robotlegs (or similar MVC frameworks), Starling, Stage3D
A good understanding of game coding
You are experienced with Kanban or Scrum You are passionate about online games
Very good English language skills
Knowledge in testing and profiling
Experience with memory and CPU performance optimization
Good knowledge about Scout
Good knowledge in version control (SVN and Git)
You constantly improve your skills and share your knowledge with other team members
