Her Majesty'e Countq' Court for the County of Lambton; at Fort Sarnia, on the seventh da y of'April,"one
thousand eight hundred and fiRy-sixito me directed,
aga inet the estate, real as well as personal, of BENONI HAYS, an absconding or concealed debtor;
at the Suit of JOHN TUCKEY TRAVERS, for the
sam of Twenty-five pounds sixteen Shillings and ten
peace, I have seized all the estate, real as well as
pereonal, of the said Benoni Hays, and unless th e
eatd Benoni Haye returns within the jurisdiction of
the said Court, and puts in Bail to the action, or
causes the same to be discharged within three calendar months, all the estate, real as well as persorial, of the said Bernoni Ha ys, or so much thereof
at may be neceesary, will be held liable for th e
payment, bene fit and satisfaction of the said claim
of the said plàintiff as well as for the payment, ' benofit and satisfaction, of the claims of such other
plaintiff • or plaintiffs as shall or may take proceedinge against the property and effects of the
said Benoni Hays, within six months of the issuing
of the above meutioned Writ of Attachment .
