Georgia Mountain Music –
February 2nd
Bluegrass music is rooted in American mountain
music. Our residents enjoyed an hour of enjoyable
music. A good time was had by all.
February’s Birthday Party – February 6th
Special wishes to our residents with February birthdays. We enjoyed cake, cupcakes, drinks and entertainment with Richard Nayson. Thanks to Celina, with Tapestry, for the refreshments.
Red Carpet /Hollywood Day – February 3rd
We had a very successful Red Carpet/Hollywood Day. Our residents had a great time. Awards were
given, and each resident received a special star of recognition. They were photographed as they
walked the red carpet. A special thanks goes to DJ Richard for the great music, and Celina & Cathy
for decor and refreshments.
Elvis and Friends – February 9th
Elvis (Bill Brooks) was in town for our Valentine’s Party serenading the crowd with singing, dancing, and
giving the ladies scarves. The residents had a great time dancing with him. Many won prizes during the
show. Thanks to Elvis, the guests and Celina Russell of Tapestry for the refreshments and prizes.

Seems like just a few days ago we were ringing in the New Year. There’s
an old saying, “time sure flies,” and it does, doesn’t it? Seasons change,
