Light Curtains Pick to Light
The Light Curtains Pick to Light allow for error prevention during partial picking processes in shelves and storage locations. An
integrated green and red light job display shows the user when part picking processes were carried out correctly or incorrectly. The
Pick to Light Curtains function on the basis of the Retro-Reflex principle. Both the transmitter and receiver are integrated in the same
housing and require a reflector for their function. This reflector is pre-installed on the rear of the housing and reflects the neighboring
Light Curtain.

Pick to Light Principle
Via the Input, the green job display is activated and signalizes
that a part has to be picked from the shelf behind the Light Curtain. The correct pick is confirmed over the job display. In case of
a wrong pick from another shelf without signal, a red job display
will show.

Light Curtains with red Light
The configuration of functions is done with the push of a button
via the Teach key. The Output can be switched over from NO
and NC. The job display can be changed from blink mode to
shine mode.
Thanks to the visible light spots, the Light Curtains with this type
of light are very easy to adjust and facilitate the setup.
The luminous end cap for the job display has good 360° visibility.

Curtains Pick to Light. The reflector is pre-installed on the
rear of the housing whereby mounting and setup is
made quick and easy. The integrated, two-color job display is visible from afar and around 360°. It can be used
in blinking or shining mode and shows correct and incorrect picks.
