TECHNICAL REPORT re: CLAIM NO: 1167211
On May 2, 2008, I canoed out to the small island in Gillies Lake and used my
brushcutter to clear an area for digging. The area I dug out was approximately 4
feet long and 2 feet wide and 2 feet deep. I then used my post digger to dig 3
holes down another 4 feet. I observed only gravelly stones down below but no
bedrock or mineralization. I filled in the holes before I lieft for the day.
On May 14, 2008, I canoed over to the west shore to investigate the ground there.
There is a large hill there and you have to dig into the hill rather than into the
ground. I used my pick-axe and dug to about a depth of 3 feet and approximately
2 feet wide breaking some of the rocks to be able to get around them. I did 2 holes
this size and called it a day.
On June 3, 2008 I returned to the west shore and continued digging into the hill. I
spent the day digging and then exploring the shore for mineralization and/or
bedrock. I encountered several boulders but no significant mineralization showing
on them. I filled in the holes I put in the hill. They did not warrant further
investigation at this time.
