using ScoreBridge (SB) and Bridgemates (BMs).
It is assumed that The Bridgemate server and terminals all have usable batteries inside them as ‘back

Is the BM Pro screen/software
retrieving results properly from the
terminals (At bottom of BM Pro
screen it will say either ‘idle’ if not
working or ‘retrieving results’ if
working properly) and/or is this
screen visible ?

Yes
Go to the Wireless Scoring page
within ScoreBridge and click “Restart”
from the top left menu. Then click
“Restart Wireless Programme” from
the Sub-menu. You will get a warning
message which ends “Reset the
server?”. Click “No” (IF you click ‘yes’
you will loose all your data in BM
Pro). BM Pro should restart with your
previous data intact and then start
importing all the data from the BM
table terminals which have continued
to work because of their batteries.
Return to SB and the Wireless Scoring
page and retrieve results. You have
finished.
Re-open SB and “Retrieve the
event” (using the menu option)
you were scoring. When asked by
the software click “Yes” to the
question “Do you wish to
reconnect to the Wireless
database?”. If it asks you if you
wish to revert to a back-up, click
‘No’
