Pull all necessary permits
Protect building perimeter
Provide necessary barriers to provide a safe work environment
Set up debris collectors for disposal of all construction debris
Work will include demo of existing vanity, sink, tub/shower unit.
Installation of new shower valve (Delta Foundations Single-Handle Shower Only Faucet
in Chrome Model # B112900) or equivalent)
7. Installation of Aquatic Model 160304PSL-WH (or equivalent) 30 x 60 x 72 inch shower
stall unit. Including all plumbing connections.
8. Installation of Glacier Bay 24 ½” Vanity including top with integrated sink (Model
GB24P2COM-WH) or equivalent.
9. Installation of new faucet (Glacier Bay Builders 4 in. Centerset 2-Handle Low Arc
Bathroom Faucet in Chrome Model # 7032EC-A8101) or equivalent. Work will include all
plumbing connections (supply and drain).
10. Installation of Glacier Bay 24” x 25” Surface mount Medicine Cabinet (Model T24-WH-B)
11. Installation and wiring of Hampton Bay 3 Light Flush Mount Light Bar (Model #
EW553CH) or equivalent
12. Provide all labor and materials to repair damage done to drywall and paint bathroom
13. Complete all work to manufacturer’s specifications.
14. Clean jobsite daily, haul away all debris daily
15. Request inspections performed by city inspector if applicable
16. Work with Maintenance department to insure proper tenant have been notified and are
aware of construction and schedule
