1. DESCRIPTION:
1.1. Burrara is an Italian delicacy from the region of Puglia.
1.2. Six (8) eight ounce cups are packed per case.

4. MANUFACTURING PROCEDURE:
4.1. The outer shell of the burrata is formed into a thin pocket made out of fresh
mozzarella.
4.2. The pocket is filled with cultured cream and fresh mozzarella strands, creating a four
ounce piece.
4.3. The burrata is closed and tied with green twine.
4.4. The cheese is packed into 8 ounce cups filled with lightly salted water.
4.5. The cups are sealed with a tamper evident lid.
4.6. Six 8 ounce cups are packed per case.
4.7. Cases are labeled and palletized for shipment.
