Designed for restricted areas but able to tackle larger open spaces when required, the 75 offers maximum operator comfort and the perfect
sweeping results that can be assured with the Dulevo direct-throw system. The collection system starts with the side broom(s) which transfer
dust and debris into the centre of the machine where a large diameter cylindrical main broom throws everything forward into the waste
hopper. Fine dust is also drawn directly into the hopper by a powerful vacuum system which is created by a high efficiency fan, a special heavy
duty polyester filter ensuring that only clean air is exhausted back into the environment. With a choice of battery, petrol or LPG power units
there is a version of the 75 suitable for avery type of application.
The direct throw sweeping system. The most efficient.
It sweeps any type of debris, from the finest dust to the larger, heavier debris you find around the
workplace. The waste hopper, placed immediately in front of the main broom, ensures perfect
sweeping results even when the broom is nearing the end of its useful life. Adjustment of the
main broom pressure is made from the operating position and not only optimizes the sweeping
results on uneven surfaces but helps to extend brush life.
Power control not only in the city
The Dulevo 75 can be equipped with the GORE® filtering system, which can filter up
to 90% of PM2.5, freeing the environment where we live not only from dirt and dust,
but also from the dangerous particulates. The special filtering GORE® materials foster a
considerable increase of performance, guaranteeing a higher duration, easy cleaning,
reduced maintenance, an increase in the air capacity equal to 35%: all this for a better
sweeping quality.
GORE dust filters installed in the industrial sweeper have 5 years warranty.

Chassis strength
The chassis is manufactured from high quality electro welded steel for maximum
strength, the complete unit is coated with a special primer and finished in a
tough polyurethane paint.
Environmentally friendly
Dulevo’s filtering system is designed to prevent dust (down to 3 Micron) from
escaping into the atmosphere. To meet environmental requirements, this
machine is available battery powered and LPG too.
Ease of maintenance
To simplify maintenance, the machine has been designed with easy access to
the power unit and all major components.
