Join book lovers, community members, and staff in the annual celebration of Sarah Orne
Jewett’s birthday. At this year’s celebration the Community Chorus at South Berwick presents
Jewett poems set to music and interspersed with a program of readings from the author’s
wider works. Refreshments, including parsnip birthday cake, will be served.
$10, $5 Historic New England members and South Berwick residents. Registration recommended
