Complete with a bioswale and native plantings, the project creates an attractive pocket of nature that is good for humans and our city’s ecosystem. It provides parking for two great local businesses and the new Gospel Press residents. It alleviates unnecessary stormwater runoff into our sewer system and creates a very attractive amenity to the neighborhood. • J3 839 Jefferson Avenue Stone and brick wall of recycled materials grace the perimeter of Jeff & Cynthia Chiplis’ sculpture garden. The undulating topography is blanketed with grass and flowers - a creative alternative to the treatment of a lot post-demo of the former house. Roses, perennials, lush foliage and yard art make a lovely oasis. Look up in the tree for the dangling fish! • J5 Visible Voice Books 1023 Kenilworth Avenue Tiled with bricks from Cleveland city streets from 100 years ago.
