Our community

County to provide camping items for their upcoming camping retreat. CASA
is an organization that works with foster care kids and their families. They
need our help providing items such as sleeping bags (youth size), pillows,
towels, shampoos, insect repellent and body wash. Bring your donations to
the drop-off box in our main lobby. We will be collecting items until July 15.

Keene Adventist Elementary School is a ministry of Keene Church and
provides Christian education for children grades Pre-K through 8th grade. KAES
offers music, technology, and PE to round out a strong academic program.
We are sad to report that Quinton Oden, father of Marsha Laursen (husband
Dennis) and of Julio Uribe, passed away on May 6. His service will be in our
Chapel this afternoon at 2:00, followed by burial at Keene Cemetery.

A memorial service for Evelyn Miller, mother of Diana (Steve) Cavender and
of Lee Childers and sister of Roger (Patsy) Ackermann, will be held at 3:00
this afternoon at the Keene Memorial Park Cemetery.

A memorial service for Julie Christensen, daughter of Lindy (husband Blake)
Hamilton and of Darrel Christensen, and granddaughter of Max and Beverly
Barton, will be held in our Sanctuary at 4:00 this afternoon.
