MARIANNA CARBONARI
Marianna Carbonari has built up more than ten years of
experience managing structured, complex executive search
projects. She has carried out more than 400 searches to
identify the best managerial profiles in the main industries
of the Italian market. She has been involved in complex
market research both nationally and internationally, as well
as salary benchmarks and corporate governance projects.
Before becoming CEO and Managing Director of Value for
Talent, she was a Senior Associate at Spencer Stuart Italy,
where she worked for more than ten years, gaining an in-depth
understanding of many industrial sectors and FMCP. Marianna
has a degree in Sociology (specializing in Social Psychology) and
studied for an Executive MBA at SDA Bocconi University in Milan.

LAURA CATTANEO
Laura Cattaneo has over twenty years of experience in
organisation and human resources. Before Value for Talent
– of which she is a founding partner – Laura was the HR
director for the Value Partners Management Consulting Group,
where she was responsible for the international coordination of
recruitment, training and managerial and career development
processes. In this role, she was also in charge of staffing activities
and compensation systems. At the beginning of her professional
career, Laura was a management consultant, specialising in
post-merger integration and change management projects for
groups and companies in the aerospace, telecom, automotive
and insurance industries. Laura has a degree in Business
Economics, specialising in Organisation, from Bocconi University.
She lives in Milan.

LUCA CALCAGNO
Luca Calcagno has developed considerable experience
as CFO and Human Resources Director at multinational
companies and then as a consultant focusing on working
organisation. As well as traditional human resource issues,
such as staff selection processes and career development,
he was also involved in industrial relations and the
implementation of motivational systems and staff appraisal
schemes. The years he has spent working in a multinational
environment have helped Luca develop skills in different sectors,
focusing particularly on finance and insurance. A graduate
in business economics, Luca is a qualified accountant and is
registered with the RUI (register of insurance intermediaries).
He lives in Milan.
