Federal Bank joins hands with NSDL e­
Governance Infrastructure Limited &
Warmond Trustees and Executors Private
Limited for sharing the online platform,
EzeeWill to offer innovative professional
solution for online preparation of will and
allied services to its customers. This will
facilitate the bank’s customers to plan for a

Federal bank has been at the forefront in
offering Value added services through online platform. This new initiative is aimed at improving digital banking experience for the
Bank’s customers. This arrangement with EzeeWill is exclusive among banks headquartered in Kerala. Abraham Chacko (Executive
Director, Federal Bank) and Gokul Das (MD & CEO, Warmond Trustees and Executors Private Limited) exchanged the MOU on 16th
Dec 2014 in a function held at Federal Towers, Marine Drive.
Through this association, NSDL e­Governance & Warmond will offer its online platform “EzeeWill” through Federal Bank website.
Speaking about the partnership, Sri Abraham Chacko, ED, Federal Bank said, “We are delighted to be partnering with EzeeWill and
offering innovative & a comprehensive solution for online will preparations to our customers. At Federal bank we believe in offering
products and services that meet the stated and un­stated needs of our customers. This alliance further expands our bouquet of value
added services and strengthens our ability to deliver benefits beyond banking for our dear clients.”
Gokul Das (MD & CEO, Warmond Trustees and Executors Pvt Ltd) added, “Writing a Will is clearly one of the most unselfish acts you
could do to ensure the well being of your loved ones. Together with NSDL, we have launched an initiative that is truly best in Class and
offers a truly unique proposition. Since launch of this initiative we have been overwhelmed with the positive response and interest for
Ezeewill. Federal Bank is one of the fastest growing banks with a strong footprint and one that is both highly customer centric and
innovative in their client solutions, we are incredibly delighted at partnering with them on this initiative”.
This arrangement, gives customers of Federal bank a one stop solution for Will preparation. The online will preparation will be part of
