In accordance with the stipulations of the Bi-SC Procurement Directive 60-70, Annex C, the
following information is provided on an Invitation For International Competitive Bidding that this
Headquarters has the intention to release.

Provision of flying services (including but not limited to: radar and/or
communication jamming equipment) and Electronic Warfare qualified
personnel to support NATO training and exercise programme
throughout Allied Command Operations (ACO). Contractor's personnel
assigned for the performance of the contract resulting from this ICB
shall be in possession of a valid security clearance to, as a minimum,
the NATO SECRET level.
