Please refer to the 2017 Scholarship Guidelines (available at www.travisspousesclub.com “Scholarships”) for detailed
requirements:
Documentation of Education. Provide documentation as applicable (mailed directly from the educational institution):
Official (signed) High School Transcript; Copy of GED; College Transcripts
Essay. Select one of the three topics from “2017 Scholarship Guidelines” and compose a formal 750-word essay. Include a
word count at the bottom of your essay.
Resume. List Employment, Community Involvement, Volunteer Work, Leadership Roles, Activities, Awards, Honors, and
Special Recognition. Limit to two pages please.
Two Letters of Recommendation. Submit two letters from professionals such as employer, teacher, coach, or spiritual leader.
This person must be an adult, non-relative, who has known you well within the past two years.

SCHOLARSHIP CONSIDERATION
All packages must contain the above information and required items, completed in full (educational documentation mailed directly
from the institution), and postmarked no later than March 15, 2017. Any packages postmarked after March 15, 2017 will not be
