Our timber-framed, 3,700-square-foot
building with cathedral ceiling, paladian
windows and a wrap-around porch invites
the senses to participate with nature. The
lake is visible from the grounds, and our
garden has been lovingly created to
blend delicately with the surrounding
scenery.
A dining area with a warming kitchen
provides the essentials for a catering
staff, as well as housing a space large
enough to seat 50 people.
For those wanting to stay on site,
Highland Lake Cove offers an assortment
of Adirondak style vacation rentals
ranging from rustic camp cabins and
family cottages at the retreat end of the
lake to luxury spa suites at the other.
For larger groups, additional lodging
and dining facilities can be found
next door at the Highland Lake Inn
and Season’s restaurant.

From Asheville:
Follow I-26 East toward Hendersonville to
Exit 53, Upward Road. Turn right and proceed about 2 miles through 5 lights. Turn
left on Highland Lake Drive, and go about
1/4 mile. Turn right on Rhett Drive.
Proceed about 100 yards, take the first
left, and park.
From Spartanburg:
Follow I-26 West toward Hendersonville
to Exit 53, Upward Road. Turn right and
proceed about 2 miles through 5 lights.
Turn left on Highland Lake Drive, and go
about 1/4 mile. Turn right on Rhett Drive.
Proceed about 100 yards, take the first
left, and park.
From Greenville, SC:
Take Highway 25 North through Traveler’s
Rest. Exit onto Highway 25/Greenville
Highway. Bear right onto US25 to Flat
Rock/Hendersonville; make a left at the
end of the ramp onto Highway 25. Pass
the Flat Rock Playhouse (approximately
one mile) and come to a traffic light. Turn
right onto N. Highland Lake Road.
We are about 500 feet on the right
(at waterfall).
From Atlanta, GA:
Take ME-85 North toward Greenville. Take
the White Horse Road exit (Highway 25
North). From this point, follow the directions from Greenville.
