Tax:
For all economy class ADT & CHD total tax is GBP 105 which must be added to each ticket.
For all business class ADT & CHD total tax is GBP 173 which must be added to each ticket.
No tax to be added for INF in economy or business class.
Ticket Extension: Tickets can be extended after departure only by paying the date change charge and fare difference (if applicable).
Date Changes: Within 72 Hours before departure: GBP 60 Plus FD / Before 72 hours of departure time: GBP 35 plus FD.
No Show: £50 no show charge + £45 date change charge will be payable. Charges apply for each ADT & CHD. INF will not be charged.
Void Ticket: Not Permitted.

Passenger name: Ensure passenger name(s) are correctly inserted in the booking to avoid issues for your passenger at the airport.
Passenger surname and given name(s) must be spelled on the ticket exactly as appears in the passengers passport used for travel.
We can accept a maximum of two letters incorrectly listed for the whole name.
Any passengers who attend check in with a different name will be charged the no show charge at the airport.
Baggage Allowance: Important- Please advise passenger that no single bag can be more then 30kg.
Economy – 20 KG ADT & CHD.
Business – 40 KG ADT & CHD.
Infant – 10 KG in all classes.
Hand bag: 7 KG for each ADT, CHD & INF.
Excess Baggage: GBP 7.50 per KG.
Special services request:
Special meals or wheelchairs can be requested once the ticket has been issued only and is subject to approval.
Wheelchair requests must be made with an explanation of the passengers disability and level of support needed.
Disabled Passenger should fill out the medical form MEDIF which must be signed by a doctor in certain cases.
Pregnant passenger must fill out a medical form signed by a doctor confirming that the passenger is fit for travel.
