(1) A discount of 10% is given for a sum of adove 300,000 NIS (excluding VAT) during a calender year quarter, notwithstanding the type of dispatch as long as they fit the definition of bulk mail. All types of bulk mail include: sorted, standard and non-standard bulk mail, unsorted bulk mail, registered bulk mail, international bulk mail, "Doar 24" bulk mail, and bulk reverse-charge mail.
(2) As for word count in a telegram, a word containing more than 10 letters is counted as 2 words.

(3) Rate for printed matter only up to 5 kg. (4) Including aerogramme.
