Medals (2) from the French Gratitude Train. Also found with this
collection was a yellow advertisement and a notation that gave the
name Adolphe Muller 15 Rue Theaodre, Paris. These materials
were with the gifts sent through the 40 & 8 Box car from France to
the United States. The Larger medal is in a box from Les
Medailles Militaires in Paris. It portrays a bust of WWI Hero
Marechal Ferdinand Foch engraved by G. Prvohomme. The 2nd
medal portrays Marie Joseph Louis Adolphe Thiers, who served as
president of France through 1872.
