By car

Parking: The nearest Car Park IS Q Park Piazza @ 75 St James Street M1 4LX.From the M61. Exit at junction
2 onto the A580 towards Salford/Manchester City Centre for 4.9 miles. Continue onto Broad Street/A6for
2.5 miles and then continue onto Chapel St. After 122 yards turn right onto New Bailey ST A34. 0.7 miles
later turn right onto St James St and the car park will be on the left.
From M62 (from Liverpool): At junction 12 continue from M62 onto M602 towards Salford/Manchester City Centre. After 4.5 miles continue onto Regent Road/A57 for 0.8 mile and then turn left onto the
A6042. 144 yards later take the first right onto Water Street/A6143. After 176 yards turn right onto Liverpool Road/Route 6/A6143. After 0.3 mile turn left onto Deansgate/Route 6/A56 and take 1st right into
Great Bridgewater St/Route 6. Continue onto Chepstow St and then onto Portland Street/A5103. after
110 yards turn left into Dickinson Street and take the 1st right into St James St. And the car park will be
on the right.
From M56 and Airport: Exit at junction 3A onto A5103 towards City Centre/M60 N&W / M62 W /M61 for
6.2 miles and then go over roundabout at junction with A57 (M) into Medlock Street. After 0.2 miles turn
right onto Great Bridgewater Street. Continue onto Chepstow St and then onto Portland Street/A5103.
after 110 yards turn left into Dickinson Street and take the 1st right into St James St. And the car park will
be on the right.
From Entrance to Car Park: Turn left and proceed up St James Street to Nicholas Street.
Turn left and proceed 176 yards along Nicholas Street to Fountain Street and take a right turn. Take 1st
left into Spring Gardens and the Chancery is approximately 50 yards along on the left at the junction of
Chancery Lane and Concert Lane just as the road bears round to the right.
By rail
Piccadilly station is 3 to 5 minutes by taxi, or take the Metro to Market Street which is about 240 yards
from the office . (From the tram stop, continue in same direction as the tram & take first left into Fountain Street. Take 3rd right into Spring Gardens and the Chancery is approximately 50 yards along on the
left at the junction of Chancery Lane and Concert Lane just as the road bears round to the right.
Walking takes about 15 minutes. From the front of the station walk down Station Approach and continue onto along Piccadilly and at the end bear left into Portland Street . Take the 3rd right into Charlotte Street and continue straight ahead into Spring Gardens. the Chancery on the left at the junction of
Chancery Lane and Concert Lane just as Spring Gardens bears round to the right.
From the airports
Manchester airport is south of the city off the M56 at junction 5 and is about 30 minutes away by taxi.
