FOR UPCOMING COUNTY EVENTS
Green Ridge Recreation Center is pleased
to host two official Roanoke County functions in early
December. These events will create changes to our
regular schedule of many areas of the facility.
State of the County Address
Wednesday, December 3 at 7:30am

An address will be given by Chairman Joseph P. McNamara and
School Board chairman C. Drew Barrineau. Advance tickets are
required through the Roanoke Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Merry Christma
Gymnasium Closed
Tuesday, December 2 at 7:00am
through Wednesday, December 3 at 5:00pm
Wellness Area Closed
Wednesday, December 3 from 7:00am to 9:30am
Christmas Tree Lighting
Monday, December 8 at 6:00pm

with crafts, activities, food, songs and more! Roanoke
County board members will be on hand to light the official
County Christmas Tree, and Santa will ride in on a fire truck.
