King Philippe of Belgium and the Belgian Ministers travel to California from June 2nd to June 8th to promote Belgian
products in the USA and especially new technologies developed in our Walloon valleys (if not “Silicons”) ! Developed
by the company named PSYCHOMED installed since 5 years in the town of Ohain LASNE, the PSIO is a revolution
that will shake the world of MP3 and will enter the most prestigious stores in the USA next July.
The signing of an exclusive distribution contract for the US territory was made this Monday, June 3 in the presence of
King Philippe of Belgium and Minister Marcourt who chairs the Department that is responsible to offer states aid for
research and development from which PSYCHOMED has benefitted to achieve its unique technology (after five years
of development). It is with a company specially chartered for logistics on major broadcast networks (Brookstone,
Brainstore, Back to relax, etc.) that the agreement was sealed on Monday in Los Angeles.

PSYCHOMED invents "the PSIO"
PSIO is a new revolution in electronics and especially in the world of the MP3 player as it is a MP3 Color player.
What is a "COLOR MP3 PLAYER”?
It is a high tech pair of glasses equipped with small headphones, packed with electronics and technology, and able to
relax a person in less than 10 minutes by sound and light! A "techno" answer to a world increasingly "techno".
Belgian Start Up
Installed in the Walloon Brabant in Lasne, and having received financial support for research and development from
the Walloon region since 1997, PSYCHOMED.COM SA is a startup which aims to offer the world a new tool for
relaxation which is extremely easy to use. Already in pre-test since October 2012, the PSIO was the subject of final
technical checks before its international launch, which started last January with its presentation at the famous
"Consumer Electronics Show" in Las Vegas followed by the ARAB HEALTH DUBAI Exhibition and HOSPITALAR fair
in San Paulo last May.

Research - Clinical Experience

research conducted by its designer Stephane Dumonceau-Krsmanovic, the original researcher in psychology at the
University of Sports Education (Science Advisor to ISEPK UWB-1987-1992). For the technological part, Stéphane
Dumonceau naturally appealed to various Walloon subcontractors including the famous Professor Habraken, from the
“Université de Liège’ already known for his many patents in optical physics and his work with the space agency.

Francorchamps drivers had successfully tested Stéphane Dumonceau’s device in 1990 and the Greg Lemond cycling
team was already using the ancestor of PSIO during the Tour de France as a recovery gear in 1995! Today NASA
acquired the PSIO for stress management of its engineers. Those are conclusive references as to the immediate
effectiveness of the system.
Applications
The current tracks that are available in the MP3 COLOR format are: relaxation lounge music produced by the wellknown "Buddha Bar" label creator Claude Challe or recordings by guiding voices (the famous audio medicine tracks
which entered pharmacy in the form of CDs in 1993 and listed by the Ministry of Health in the manual of the general
practitioner as well as in its brochure for the struggle of the consumption of sleeping pills and antidepressants).
Immediate Action
What happens after you put the PSIO on your face? Listening is excellent via small headsets, the colors change
slowly or fast which cause the quiescence of attention leading to a mind rest, stopping the flow of incessant thoughts
immediately. Finally, the light used in the PSIO also plays a role in the regulation of circadian rhythms (biological
clock) and the regulation of jet lag. Main effects: the total peace of mind and the stimulation of light (especially of
hormones related to recovery).
