Eligible entries
2D entries- Two allowed per artist. Total width of the two entries not to exceed 48 inches framed. If
submitting one entry- sum of height and width cannot exceed 70 inches.
include drawing, watercolor, easel painting, mixed media, collage, photographs, digital work, or sculpture
Work should be ready for display- framed/matted, wired, etc.
3D Entries -Base mounted or Floor sculpture - width or depth not to exceed 16 inches. 100 lb. max. (Bases are
available for some sculpture sizes) Wall relief -8 inch depth. max.
Eligible media for bin display/sale ( 6 pieces maximum)- small scale (up to 30 inches) works, rigid mount/acetate
protected, moderately priced. Put info on back

The Art League of New Britain will accept cash or check for membership and/or entry fees.
Separate checks are required for Entry fee and membership. Thanks for understanding.
Checks should be made payable to “Art League of New Britain”.
Fees are non-refundable.
Please Note:
Accepted pieces must remain on display until the show closes. That includes hung pieces that are
sold. ( ALNB reserves the right to decline acceptance of any work it deems unsuitable (offensive,
overly vulgar, etc.)

The Art League of New Britain will charge CT. sales tax on all pieces sold.
The Art League of New Britain will take a 30% commission on all pieces sold.
Every reasonable care will be taken in the handling and storage of the prints submitted, but the Art
League of New Britain will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any print before, during, or
after the exhibition.
