Dogs Please can we remind parents that dogs are not allowed anywhere on the school site, even if carried. Should you bring your dog to school, please ensure they are securely tied up at least two metres from entrances. Early Bird/After School Payment for children attending early bird/after school is due on the day or in advance. Fees are: £2.50 per session for Early Bird from 8.00 o’clock, or £1.00 after 8.30a.m. After School sessions are £2.50 each, until 4.00p.m. If you are late picking your child up at the end of the school day, he/she will automatically be sent to our After School club whilst we try to contact you. If he/she is collected before 3.15p.m. the charge will be £1.00, any later the full charge of £2.50 will be made. After School finishes at 4.00p.m.Should you arrive later than 4.00p.m. additional late charges will be incurred at £2.50 for every 15 minutes, or each part of 15 minutes. N.B - if school has the wrong mobile number for you, you will not receive text messages that are sent out. Lateness There are a number of children who are regularly late. May we remind all parents that the classroom doors open at 8.50a.m.and the children should be in school by 8.55a.m - ready to start lessons at 9.00a.m. Constant lateness can disrupt children’s education; interfere with the school’s teaching routines, damage performance; and affect friendship patterns. If you are regularly late you may be referred to our Parent Support Advisor to see if we can support you in getting your child to school on time. N.B - PE kits – children can, if they wish wear polo shirts for PE. - any suitable t-shirt or polo shirt and pair of shorts is acceptable.
