Job Description
At Home Designs seeks an enthusiastic Sales Associate with great communication skills
and sense of professionalism. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with great
attention to detail. Applicant should have a passion for home décor and desire to learn
about selling custom window treatments including shutters, blinds, and shades.
General Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide each customer with a thoroughly satisfying
shopping experience, to maximize all sales leads, to create customer relationships, and
promote the products and services of At Home Designs in order to develop our family of
customers and increase sales.
Essential Responsibilities
Quality

Maintain the integrity and accuracy of data in database.
Responsible for utilizing professional and articulate communication skills (written
and verbal).

Ensure the timely follow up of all customer needs.
Ensure internal and external communication on all sales and service related
issues.
Assist with Showroom customers.
Assist with the development and recruitment of wholesale trade accounts.
Coordinate sales to wholesale accounts.
Complete administrative and marketing tasks as needed.

Exceed minimum daily sales call objectives.

Qualified Applicants must have a minimum of two years of college or equivalent
experience, currently working towards a college degree, or a college degree.
