LOCATION: 217 Delta Oaks Way
SUMMARY
The application is for entitlements to develop a halfplex on a vacant corner lot.
The Planning Commission and Staff recommend approval of the project, subject
to conditions.
BACKGROUND
The subject site is a vacant corner lot located within an existing single-family
subdivision. The Planning Commission has reviewed the proposed halfplex development and recommends approval of the project. The Commission has also approved
a special permit for the halfplex redevelopment.
VOTE OF THE PLANNING CO:,1,IISSION
The Planning Commission and staff recommend the City Council:
1. Ratify the Negative Declaration
2. Adopt the attached rezoning ordinance
3. Adopt the attached Resolution, adopting Findings of Fact and approving the
Tentative Map.
