“Drawing” Inferences
Instructions: Look at each picture. What can you infer by looking at the picture.
Use the drawing tool to draw what you infer will happen.
Example:
You see the family preparing food for a meal.
An example drawing that infers what will happen next: Since the family
appears to be preparing a meal, I inferred that they would sit down
and eat it once it was prepared.
By using the clues in the
pictures or text, you can make
inferences about what will
happen next. Remember this
information as you complete
this assignment.
Drawing Inferences Assignment
You will look at the pictures below and make an inference about each one. Use the
drawing tool to create a drawing of what you infer will happen. When using the drawing
tool, please make sure you save your drawings in the appropriate folder as instructed by
your teacher. The assignment names beside the pictures on the document will be what
you will need to name your file. You will save your file as: lastnamepicture title
example: smithdogbath. Save each picture separately and start over with a
new drawing for each picture.
