BWFC recommend that organisers obtain parent/guardian consent; sample consent forms are available
from BWFC upon request.

Terms and conditions
• It is recommended that tickets are booked at least four weeks in advance of the match if adjacent group
seating is required.
• All match offers are subject to availability.
• Bookings are based on a minimum number of ten Under 18s. Any other group bookings are at the discretion
of the Group Sales Team.
• One adult is required to attend for every five Under 18s.
• Once confirmation/payment has been made additional tickets and refunds are at the discretion of the group
sales team.
• For coaching sessions, a minimum of twelve places are required per booking.
• The dates and times of the fixtures on offer were correct at time of print. Every effort will be made to give as
much notice as possible of any change. Please see www.bwfc.co.uk for any fixture changes.
• The Football Club reserves the discretion to choose if a group is eligible for this offer.
• The Club shall not have any liability to anyone attending the Reebok Stadium in conjunction with these ticket offers.
• Nothing in these terms and conditions shall constitute or imply guarantee of entitlement to a ticket, seat or
access to any area of the Reebok Stadium.
• We strongly recommend that parental permission is obtained from parents/guardians prior to booking.
• All tickets will be seated in the BWFC Home area; therefore support should not be shown to the opposing team
in any form, including any wearing of away colours of verbal support. Any visible or vocal support offered to the
opposing team may result in the group being requested to leave the Reebok Stadium at the request of the Stewards.
• All attendees must comply with the Club’s ground regulations which are on display adjacent to the turnstile entrances.
• Refunds cannot be issued 24 hours prior to the start of the fixture.
