Are Einstein’s Entertainers science parties’ fun?
Absolutely, both children and parents love our science parties. All parties include something to take
home – our basic and premium parties include both slime and rainbow glasses to take home. Our
spooky science parties include fake, edible blood and slime, and our pink potions parties include
scented bath bombs and pink slime! Our premium candyfloss extension includes a bag/stick of
candyfloss for each child.
What will happen at my science party?
An Einstein’s Entertainer will (with the help of plenty of volunteers) perform some amazing
interactive science demonstrations. As mentioned above, all children get something to take home.
Slime sounds great...but won't the children get messy?
Every year we have the pleasure of making slime, bath bombs, fake blood and all kinds of other
experiments with thousands of children. We've just about perfected giving the children the chance
to make slime without making a mess! We promise that your Einstein’s Entertainers science party
will be mess, stress and hassle free!
Can you provide invitations?
We provide free e-invitations which can be emailed to you once you have booked your party.
How long will my science party last?
It's up to you! It all starts with the Basic Party (1 hour) and our Premium options (20/30 minutes
each) can be added to the party as per the booking form.
Where will my science birthday party be held?
Your birthday party will be held at your chosen location. Either at your home or in a hall or venue.
We also charge a mileage fee of £4.00 per 10 miles (see page 3 of this document). Please see the
booking form for space requirements.
What do you need from me for the party?
Our science party has been designed to be self contained. All we need from you is a sensibly sized
space for the number of children who will be attending. We only need the use of a table and
access to electricity and a sink.
What is the perfect age range for the science party?
The science birthday parties are really suitable for children from 6-12. (Children under 5 must be
accompanied by an adult at all times)
I would love the premium option, but can I fit in a food break during the entertainment?
Absolutely! For all premium parties we recommend a break after the first hour for food/birthday
cake. We ask you to mark this on the booking form (breaks offered during premium parties only).
When can I have an Einstein’s Entertainers science party?
We present programs seven days a-week! Please check dates as we book on average two months
in advance, but please check with us as we may have a date free within the two month booking
period.
How many children can come to my science party?
Between 10-20 works best as the children get to be really involved. There is no maximum number,
but there is a surcharge of £5.00 per head after 20. Please let us know as far ahead as possible how
many children will be attending, as we may need to provide extra entertainers.
I'm not sure how many children will be at the science party?
That's no problem at all. All we need is a rough idea in advance (so we can tailor the party to the
size of the group). As long as we know at least a week before your party we can cater for this.
Is the science party safe?
Yes! All these experiments have been performed for years without an incident. We are also fully
insured (with no intention of ever using it!)
Have you been CRB Checked?
We all hold Enhanced Criminal Record Bureau checks.
Will girls enjoy the science party or is it just for boys?
Our experience of thousands of children every year is that primary school aged girls and boys both
love our experiments!
Do I need to have booked a hall before I get in touch?
No, it's best to contact us as early as you can so we can let you know when we're available. It can
be easier to book the Einstein’s Entertainers science party first and then confirm the venue
afterwards.
Do you get booked up in advance?
It's always best to contact us as early as possible, as a guide most people book about two months in
advance, but if you have left it till the last minute get in touch and we'd love to help you out if we
possibly can!
What if my child has been to an Einstein’s Entertainers science party or event before?
Please let us know as soon as possible if the birthday child or other children have been to any
Einstein’s Entertainers event before so that we can tailor your party with alternative experiments.
How much of a deposit is needed to secure my science party?
There is a 50% deposit to secure your party. This can be made by either cheque or BACS as per our
terms and conditions on the booking form. You'll get a confirmation email to act as a receipt once
we have the funds and confirm all of the important details.
What about party bags?
We offer party bags at only £3.00 per head to save you time and money. Our party bags will include 5
party toys for example; Chinese Finger Trap, Parachute Man, Touchable Bubbles, Aeroplane Glider,
Clockwork Insect, Rocket Balloon, Jumping Beans (please note these contents are not exact and are
subject to availability). They also contain a couple of sweets.
Do you only do birthday parties?
Not at all! We do absolutely everything from birthday parties, after school clubs, school assemblies,
and experiment evenings for uniformed groups, fetes, events and of course school visits too.
