Garlic Pepper Buttered Beans
¼ cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon Garlic Pepper Seasoning
1 (16 ounce) package frozen whole green beans
1. In small bowl, combine butter and
Garlic Pepper Seasoning. Stir vigorously until well
combined, light and fluffy.
2. Prepare green beans according to package directions.
Serve topped with Garlic Pepper butter.
Makes 6 servings.
Make Ahead: Prepare step 1 up to 2 days ahead. Refrigerate, covered. Bring to room temperature
before serving. Continue with step 2.

Salsa Corn Bread Muffins
1 (14.75 ounce) can cream-style sweet corn
½ cup milk
2 large eggs, beaten
1-2 tablespoons Simply Salsa™ Mix
2 (8.5 ounce) packages corn bread muffin mix
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. In large bowl, combine first 4
ingredients; whisk with a fork until well combined. Stir in
muffin mix until just combined. Let stand 3-4 minutes.
2. Divide batter among 1 (12 count) greased muffin pan (cups will be full). Bake 22-25
minutes or until toothpick inserted into center of muffin comes out clean.
Makes 12 muffins.

Garlic Pepper Roasted Potatoes
2 pounds russet potatoes, cubed
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons Garlic Pepper Seasoning
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place potatoes on a large
greased foil-lined baking sheet.
2. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with Garlic Pepper Seasoning;
toss to coat. Bake 10 minutes.
3. Stir and sprinkle with cheese; continue baking 10-15 minutes or until tender
and browned. Salt and pepper as desired.

Rustic Herb Tots
1 (32 ounce) package frozen tater tots
¼ cup butter
1 tablespoon Rustic Herb Seasoning
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1. Prepare tater tots according to package directions,
baking 12 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, in small microwave-safe bowl, combine
butter and Rustic Herb Seasoning. Microwave on
HIGH 1 minute.
3. Remove tots from oven, drizzle with herb butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; salt and pepper
as desired. Toss to coat.
4. Return to oven and continue baking 5 minutes or until desired crispiness.

Green Beans with Pesto Butter
1 tablespoon Dried Tomato & Garlic Pesto Mix
1 tablespoon water
¼ cup butter, softened
1 (16 ounce) package frozen whole green beans
1. In small microwave-safe bowl, combine Dried Tomato
& Garlic Pesto Mix and water. Microwave on HIGH 30
seconds. Cool.
2. Add butter to cooled pesto. Stir vigorously until well
combined, light and fluffy.
3. Prepare green beans according to package directions. Serve topped with pesto butter.
Makes 6 servings.
Make Ahead & Freeze: Prepare through step 2 up to 2 days ahead. Refrigerate, covered. Bring to room
temperature before serving. Continue with step 3.

Roasted Vegetable Blend
1 (16 ounce) package frozen California blend vegetables
(broccoli, carrots, cauliflower)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1½ tablespoons Onion Onion™ Seasoning
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line large rimmed baking sheet
with aluminum foil.
2. Toss all ingredients together on baking sheet. Bake
15 minutes or until desired doneness.

Creamy Herb Linguine
8 ounces linguine pasta
¼ cup half & half
1 tablespoon Rustic Herb Seasoning
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon cold butter
1. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
Drain and place back in pan.
2. Add half & half and Rustic Herb Seasoning. Stir until
heated through.
3. Add cheese and cold butter. Stir until melted and creamy. Salt and pepper as desired.

Caramelized Onion
Mashed Potatoes
2 pounds red potatoes, cubed
1 tablespoon kosher or sea salt
½ cup 2% milk, warmed
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 packet Caramelized Onion & Mushroom Warm Dip Mix
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1. In large saucepan with cover, combine potatoes and salt;
cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
2. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15-20 minutes or until tender; drain. Meanwhile, combine milk, butter
and Caramelized Onion & Mushroom Warm Dip Mix; let stand until potatoes are cooked.
3. Add milk and cheese mixture to drained potatoes; mash to desired consistency.
Salt and pepper as desired.

Garlic Cilantro Rice
3 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
1½ cups long-grain white rice
1½ tablespoons Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning
Juice of 1 lime
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
1. In medium saucepan with cover, combine first 4
ingredients. Cover and bring to a boil over
medium-high heat.
2. Reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid
has been absorbed.
3. Remove from heat; stir in cilantro. Let stand 5 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
Serving Suggestion: Serve Buffalo Blue Chili over rice.

Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette
¼ cup Roasted Garlic Infused Oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1½ teaspoons Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning
18 ounces chopped Romaine lettuce
24 grape tomatoes, halved
½ cup shredded carrots
Shaved or shredded Parmesan cheese
Restaurant-style croutons
1. In pint-size mason jar or small container with tight-fitting lid, combine first 4 ingredients; salt and pepper
as desired. Seal well and shake until well combined and emulsion forms.
2. Divide remaining ingredients among 6 salad plates; drizzle with dressing.

2 pounds fresh sweet potato yams, skin-on, cut into
1½-inch cubes
2 tablespoons Roasted Garlic Infused Oil
1 tablespoon Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning
2 teaspoons Wahoo! Chili® Seasoning
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Combine all ingredients on a greased large rimmed
baking sheet; salt and pepper as desired. Toss to coat.
3. Bake 20-25 minutes or until fork tender.
