homemade sage butter, bacon, apples, onions, garlic, white wine and lots of fresh herbs
(Please indicate if you prefer NO bacon).
SMOKED TURKEY
This is a fully cooked turkey. A great alternative for people who want that smoky ham
flavor but don’t want pork. Comes with cranberry bourbon relish only.
HAMS
This year, we have a smaller, 4-6kg size available. All hams are ‘bone in’.
Hams come fully cooked with a house made honey ham glaze. These are not pre-cut.
4-6kg serves 12-16 people
8-10kg serves 25-30 people
PIES
Pies serve 8-12 people. Pies do not come pre-sliced.

cooked separately outside of the turkey. Our cornbread dressing contains andouille sausage
(pork), ground beef, and pecan nuts.
Please Note:
• Orders need to be placed at least one week before the date of pick up and orders are not
accepted until confirmed by Go‐Gourmet. We regret that orders will be cut off once max
capacity of orders is reached.
