The Iron Age hill fort at South Cadbury is the alleged site of Camelot and at Glastonbury Abbey, the ancient monks claimed to have found the remains of this warrior and his queen, Gwynevere. Somerton, the ‘Ancient Royal Town of Wessex’, is a beautiful rural town located in the heart of Somerset.
