Proof of this is my endurance to now walk several kms at a brisk pace, without stopping, and I am still breathing normally, even on hills, Powderworks Road, in particular. Jobs around the house are no longer a problem as my fitness has improved over time”, said George. Whilst Bill explained, “I am now doing more exercises by myself outside of my weekly sessions than I previously did. I have also become less reliant on my walking stick”. Both Bill Mackay and George Parsons strongly recommend the program to other Veterans. “I am blessed in having my trainer Seb Todman, who is a lovely young man and works you until you are ready to drop; I wouldn't have it any other way”, said George.
