‘Mail In’ Entry Registration Form
The 2018 fee includes:
Five (5) day lift ticket, race clinic, three (3) lunches, cocktail parties/award ceremonies, the banquet, gift bag, and t-shirt.
On Sunday, March 4, 2018, on-site late registration and paid registration pick-up will be from 7:30-10:30 am and also at the welcome
party at 6:30pm. Both pick-ups will be at the Conference Center. Please complete one form per registrant.

All requests for refunds must be made in writing to the NAPSC Committee. Refunds will be made after April 1, 2018. A service
charge of $30.00 will be made for all cancellations. Make all checks payable to “NAPSC, Inc.”
