Bring your favorite items that help tame you after a “Wild” day to exchange with fellow attendees.

Brochures – Please bring samples new spring & summer brochures. Who prints them? How
many do you print? Do you sell ads and how much are they? Do you mail or distribute them
yourselves? How many brochures do you print a year? What computer program to you use
for your book?
10:15 – 10:30
Does any department have a recognition program for employee, sponsors, volunteers?
Do you just send a Thank you letter or what other ways to you say Thank you?

Refunds for Programs, refunds for shelters use? Early Bird registrations? Late Fees?

Campground programs the pro and cons of the campground programs you have?
Who got a new online registration program? How do you like it ? What don’t you like? For online
registrations do you let them register up to the first day of class or do you cut it off a week early? If
your programs are grades verses ages how do you put it in the online program? Sportsman doesn’t
recognize grade.

Memorials programs, donating trees, benches etc for memorials? How do you recognize them?

Contracted Programs – Rembrandts, Dane County Engineer Classes etc. What others do you use?
What contracted programs have you tried that you don’t like?

What idea have you taken back from Office Support and implemented? Monroe has tried reserving
shelters once year in advance. The public love it! What have you tried?

Jose has promised not to disappoint with Chicken, Beef and Veggies as well as all the fixings for a

Tour the Baraboo Civic Center – We’ve done several upgrades recently or take a stroll on the
Baraboo Riverwalk will give you a look at some of parks as well our “Gem” Mary Rountree Field
which was chosen as the 2007 STMA “Field of the Year” and Field of Excellence”
Afterwards – feel free to check out Downtown Baraboo’s great selection of shops. All within
walking distance of the Baraboo Civic Center.
