Sealed quotation is invited for Computer table as specified below.

Your quotation in sealed cover prescribing "Quotation for Computer Table” should
reach this office, i.e. The Deputy Director General, Geological Survey of India,
Operations: Gujarat, Sector 10A, Gandhinagar, Gujarat-382010 on or before 17th
June, 2016 and tender opening on same day at 03:30 PM. The quotation/ tender
received after the due date will not be entertained.
The supplier will not be paid separately for transit insurance and the supplier will remain
responsible until the entire stores ordered, arrive in good condition at the destination.
Any errors or corrections should be duly authenticated by the person signing the
quotation. Overwriting should be avoided.
The earliest date by which delivery can be completed should be mentioned in the
quotation.
The offer will remain open for the period of one month from the date of opening of the
quotation.
The items will be inspected by the representative of the GSI before and after
delivery/installation and unacceptable items will be subject to removal/replacement at
risk, cost and responsibility of the supplying firm.
While quoting rate in the quotation full description of stores, size, material used and any
other specification, if any, may be indicated. Guarantee for the replacement of the faulty
supply of goods and are substandard material used in the goods should be provided
against fault supply and sub-standard material used may also be furnished.
The GSI reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reason.
